5 Minute Keto Churro Chips

Ingredients
- 3 six inch keto tortillas I use Mission Carb Control tortillas
- 2 TBS butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice I use granulated monkfruit sweetener
- 1 TBS ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees or preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Brush the triangles on both sides with the melted butter. Stir together the sweetener and cinnamon until combined. Sprinkle the desired amount of cinnamon/sweetener mixture over both sides of the triangles.
- Place triangles in a single layer in the preheated air fryer or oven. Air fry wt 375 degrees for 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. If baking, bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Open the air fryer or oven and allow the chips to cool in the air fryer or baking sheet about 3 minutes to firm up.
- Remove from the air fryer or baking sheet. Serve warm or allow to cool completely and serve immediately.
