20 Minute Keto Sweet and Salty Chicken Skillet Meal

Ingredients
2lbsboneless skinless chicken thighs
1TBSbutter
15mlolive oil or oil of choice (1 TBS)
1tspdry oregano
1/2tspsalt
1/8tsppepper
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1tspground ginger
1lbfrozen mixed vegetables of choice
160gramsketo maple syrup (1/2 cup)
60mlliquid aminos or light soy sauce (1/4 cup)
Instructions
Preheat an electric skillet to 375 degrees or preheat a large stovetop skillet over medium heat until warm. Place the butter and oil in the preheated skillet and allow the butter to melt completely. Sprinkle the dry seasonings on all sides of the chicken.
Add the chicken thighs to the melted butter and oil. Allow to cook 5 minutes. Turn the chicken over and allow to cook another 5 minutes or until brown on both sides. Add the vegetables. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Stir, return the cover and cook another 4 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (at least 165 degrees)
In a small bowl whisk together the syrup and aminos until fully combined. Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken and vegetables. Allow to cook 1 to 2 more minutes or until the sauce is heated through. Serve immediately.
