Ingredients
2 TBSolive oil
1 1/2lbsboneless chicken thighs, chopped into bite size pieces or strips
2TBSdry taco seasonings (see video)
4minisweet peppers, cut into strips
1/2of ared onion, cut into strips
Instructions
Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Add the chicken and stir to combine. Stir in the dry taco seasoning until chicken is coated. Stir in the sweet peppers and onions until fully combined. Stir often and cook 7 to 10 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in the salsa and cook another 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve with warm keto tortillas and topping of choice.
