10 Minute Keto Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken thighs, chopped into bite size pieces or strips
- 2 TBS dry taco seasonings (see video)
- 4 mini sweet peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 of a red onion, cut into strips
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Add the chicken and stir to combine. Stir in the dry taco seasoning until chicken is coated. Stir in the sweet peppers and onions until fully combined. Stir often and cook 7 to 10 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in the salsa and cook another 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve with warm keto tortillas and topping of choice.
