Ingredients
1 1/2 lbsextra lean ground beef
1/2cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese (45 grams)
1/3cupketo dry breadcrumbs (1/3 cup)
1largeegg
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
1 1/2tspdry Italian seasonings or dry seasonings of choice
Instructions
Preheat an air fryer at 350 degrees for at least 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until fully combined. If needed use your hands t massage the ingredients together. Line the preheated air fryer with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper,
(NEVER OUT LOOSE PARCHMENT PAPER IN THE AIR FRYER) Air fry at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Open the air fryer and shake the basket/drawer then air fry 2 more minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs is at least 160 degrees. Open the air fryer and allow the meatballs to sit in the basket/drawer at least 5 minutes before serving.
Use these meatballs in any recipe that requires meatballs, If you have leftovers allow them to cool completely then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. You can also freeze these for up to 3 months.
