This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 10-minute keto meatballs.

  • 1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (45 grams)
  • 1/3 cup keto dry breadcrumbs (1/3 cup)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry Italian seasonings or dry seasonings of choice


  • Preheat an air fryer at 350 degrees for at least 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until fully combined. If needed use your hands t massage the ingredients together. Line the preheated air fryer with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper,
  • (NEVER OUT LOOSE PARCHMENT PAPER IN THE AIR FRYER) Air fry at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Open the air fryer and shake the basket/drawer then air fry 2 more minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs is at least 160 degrees. Open the air fryer and allow the meatballs to sit in the basket/drawer at least 5 minutes before serving.
  • Use these meatballs in any recipe that requires meatballs, If you have leftovers allow them to cool completely then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. You can also freeze these for up to 3 months.
