Ingredients
1cupcoconut milk or keto milkcan also use a mix of keto milk and keto liquid creamer
1/4cupinstant coffee
3TBSgranulated sweetener
1/4cupboiling water
Instructions
Divide the coconut milk between two 8 oz glasses. Set aside. In a heat safe bowl whisk together the instant coffee and sweetener until combined. Add the BOILING water. Whisk on high speed 5 to 7 minutes or until thick and fluffy. (texture of whipped cream) Spoon the desired amount of whipped coffee on top of the milk in the glasses. Use a straw and slightly swirl the whipped coffee into the milk. Serve immediately.
