Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Add the shrimp and stir to coat with the oil. Add the taco seasonings, salt and pepper. Stir to coat the shrimp. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Stir cook another 3 to 5 minutes or until pink and heated through.
Remove from heat. Spoon the desired amount of shrimp onto the keto tortillas/taco shells of choice. Top with vegetables, sour cream, salsa and toppings of choice. Serve immediately.
