10 Minute Keto Shrimp Tacos

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 10 minute keto shrimp tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 lbs frozen cooked, deveined, peeled large shrimp, thawed and tails removed
  • 2 TBS dry taco seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • keto soft or crunchy taco shells
  • baby spinach, vegetables of choice
  • salsa, sour cream, toppings/sauce of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Add the shrimp and stir to coat with the oil. Add the taco seasonings, salt and pepper. Stir to coat the shrimp. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Stir cook another 3 to 5 minutes or until pink and heated through.
  • Remove from heat. Spoon the desired amount of shrimp onto the keto tortillas/taco shells of choice. Top with vegetables, sour cream, salsa and toppings of choice. Serve immediately.
