This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 3 ingredient keto avocado "bread."

Ingredients
2mediumripe avocados (about 5 1/2 oz each)
2largeeggs
4ozshredded mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice
optional dry seasonings for flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Mash the avocados in a large mixing bowl until almost smooth. Stir in the eggs until fully combined. Gradually fold in the cheese until fully combined and the cheese is evenly distributed.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions (or desired amount) and place onto the prepared baking sheet. (If dividing into 4 each portion is about 6 TBS) Spread each portion out to a circle that is about 4 1/2 inches in diameter (or desired size) Place in the preheated oven.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden and firm. Remove from the oven. Allow he "bread" to cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Transfer the "bread" to a wire rack. Serve this warm or at room temperature with the toppings of choice.
Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
