Ingredients
1/2of a largeavocado
1largeegg
3ozfreshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4tspeach salt and pepper
dry seasonings of choiceI use 1/4 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Set aside. Place all the ingredients in a large food processor. Process 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Pipe or spoon the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet in desired size and shape.
Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven. Cool on the pan 3 to 5 minutes to avoid burning fingers. Serve warm alone or with the dip of choice.
