Preheat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Lightly grease the skillet with melted butter. Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla and ground cinnamon in a wide mixing until fully combined and mixture is pale yellow color. Place the bread slices one at a time into the egg mixture.
Turn the bread over to fully coat the bread slice with the egg mixture. Placetwo of the coated bread slices into the prepared preheated skillet. Cooke 2 to 3 minutes or until the underside of the bread is toasted. turn the bread over. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes until both sides of the bread are toasted.
Place desired one to two slices of French toast on a serving plate. Top the French toast with butter and keto syrup or toppings of choice. Serve warm.
