113ml(1/2 cup) olive oil
118mlHOT water

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 13-inch round pizza pan with parchment paper. Grind the whole psyllium husk until it is about half of its volume. Place the ground psyllium husk into a medium mixing bowl. Sift the dry ingredients into the bowl with the ground psyllium husk. Set aside. Whisk the wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined. Keep stirring until a moist dough forms. Knead the dough in the bowl for 1 minute until the dough forms a smooth ball. Allow the dough to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to absorb extra moisture. Place the dough in the center of the prepared pan.
Press the dough evenly throughout the pan. Bake in the preheated oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and firm. Remove the cooked crust from the oven and let it sit for about 3 minutes. Top with desired sauce, shredded cheese, and toppings of choice. Place back into the preheated oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing into the desired size pieces.
Stuffed Crust Version
Follow directions as above. When pressing the dough press it evenly throughout the bottom and over the sides of the pan. Place 8 string cheese sticks or filling of choice around the edge of the pan. Fold the extra dough smoothly over the filling. Dampen fingers and rub fingers over the dough to seal the cracks. Bake as directed above.
