Ingredients
- 140 grams (1 cup) blackberries of berries of choice
- 452 grams (2 cups) cottage cheese,
- 43 grams (1/4 cup) allulose, optional use only 4 TBS if using a sweetener other than allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a large blender. Pulse a couple times to begin to combine the ingredients. Blend 45 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth. Taste and adjust flavor if needed. Scoop into a freezer safe container. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until firm.
