Easy 3 Ingredient Keto Frozen Yogurt Bars/Popsicles

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make easy 3 ingredient keto frozen yogurt bars

  • 450 grams plain yogurt (2 cups)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 60 grams keto syrup or granulated sweetener of choice (3 TBS), adjust to taste
  • 8 grams vanilla extract or extract of choice, optional (2 tsp)
  • 1/4 cup chopped berries or add in of choice, optional


  • Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse a few times to break up the cream cheese. Process on high 3 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the processor after every minute to make sure all ingredients are combined. If desired fold in 1/4 cup of fruit or add in of choice
  • Scoop mixture into a freezer safe bowl with lid or distribute evenly throughout 8 popsicles molds. Place in freezer. For popsicles freeze 4 to 6 hours. For bowl freeze 8 hours to overnight. If freezing in a single container remove from the refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before serving to soften.
