10 Minute Keto Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 119 grams keto ketchup (1/2 cup)
  • 50 grams brown sugar sweetener of choice (1/4 cup) adjust to taste I use brown monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce or liquid aminos
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 lb deli cut roast beef cut into 1 inch strips
  • 4 keto buns of choice
  • optional shredded cheese of choice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients except the beef, buns and cheese in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk together until fully combined. Bring the mixture to a low boil. Add the beef and stir to coat with the sauce. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through
  • Spoon the desired amount of meat mixture onto the keto buns. If desired sprinkle some shredded cheese over the meat mixture and serve immediately.
