10 Minute Keto Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 119 grams keto ketchup (1/2 cup)
- 50 grams brown sugar sweetener of choice (1/4 cup) adjust to taste I use brown monkfruit sweetener
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce or liquid aminos
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lb deli cut roast beef cut into 1 inch strips
- 4 keto buns of choice
- optional shredded cheese of choice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients except the beef, buns and cheese in a large skillet over medium heat. Whisk together until fully combined. Bring the mixture to a low boil. Add the beef and stir to coat with the sauce. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through
- Spoon the desired amount of meat mixture onto the keto buns. If desired sprinkle some shredded cheese over the meat mixture and serve immediately.
