Place all of the chili ingredients except the beans (or bean substitute) in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir to fully combine. Make sure the sweetener is dissolved and the paste is smooth. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Burger Patties
Place the beef and seasonings in a bowl and stir to fully combine. Divide the mixture into 6 portions (or desired amount) Press each portion out to a circle about 4 inches in diameter (or to fit the keto buns being used) Cook patties according to taste (I grill mine on an indoor grill for 5 to 7 minutes)
Once cooked immediately top each patty with a slice of cheese of choice and allow the cheese to melt. Place one burger patty on the bottom portion of each bun. Top the patty wit the desired amount of chili (I used about 1/4 cup) Top the chili with desired amount of shredded cheese. Cover with the top portion of the keto buns and serve immediately.
