- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat until warm 
- In a large mixing bowl sift the dry ingredients together until there are no lumps 
- Add the eggs and stir until fully combined. Add the oil and yogurt, Stir until fully combined and a moist dough has formed 
- Form the dough into a ball and massage 1 minute to absorb the extra moisture. The dough will be very moist but not sticky. If the dough sticks to hands add a very small amount of coconut flour 
- Line clean worksurface with parchment paper. Roll dough out to a rectangle that is about 1/2 inch thick. Cut the rectangle into strips about 1 inch thick. Keep parchment paper attached to bottom of strips to help support the dough 
- Spray preheated skillet with cooking spray. Place sticks into preheated skillet by grasping the parchment paper and turning sticks one at a time in to the skillet. Keep sticks in a single layer and slightly spaced apart. 
- Cover cook 1-2 minutes or until brown on the bottom. Turn. cover and cook another minute or until brown on both sides. Place on paper plate and set aside
