Instructions
Stir together the chicken, celery and bacon in a large bowl until fully combined. Add the remaining ingredients except the avocado and stir until fully combined Use a fork and stir in the avocado. While stirring use the fork and mash the avocado until it is the desired consistency. Use immediately or cover the bowl and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
When ready to use, spoon desired amount of salad onto the center of a keto tortillas. If desired top the salad with cheese, baby spinach or topping of choice. Roll tortilla over the filling. Cut wrap in half and serve.
