  • 295 grams keto Greek yogurt plain or flavored (1 1/2 cups)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 18 grams coconut flour (2 1/2 TBS)


  • Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees for 5 minutes. If no air fryer preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 6-inch round cake pan. Line the greased pan with parchment paper (greasing the pan helps the paper not to slide around.) Make sure the paper covers the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Set aside.
  • Place the yogurt in a large mixing bowl. for a sweeter cake add up to 1/4 cup granulated sweetener and 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract. If using sweetener whisk together with the yogurt until fully combined. Add the eggs and stir until combined and silky.
  • Sift the coconut flour in until there are no lumps. Whisk together until completely smooth and creamy. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan. Place pan in preheated air fry. Air fry at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fully set and golden on top. If baking bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until set and golden.
  • Open the air fryer and let the cake sit in the fryer for 5 minutes to settle. Remove from the fryer. Leave the cake in the pan and transfer the pan to a wire rack. Let sit for 30 minutes or until the cake has come to room temperature. keep the cake in the pan and place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours to fully set.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and allow to sit about 20 minutes to bring the cake to room temperature. Once at room temperature, remove the cake from the pan and slice into desired size slices. If desired sprinkle with powdered sweetener and berries before serving.
