Ingredients

  • 56 grams (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 19 grams (1 1/2TBS) granulated monk fruit adjust to taste
  • 7 ml (1/2 TBS) lemon juice
  • 7 ml (1/2 TBS) white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, adjust to taste
  • 5 oz green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz carrots, shredded see note

Instructions

  • Use a fork and stir together all ingredients except coleslaw mix until fully combined and smooth. Gradually fold in the coleslaw mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined and all the coleslaw mix is coated with the dressing. Cover and place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving

Notes

Can substitute the vegetables out for 7 oz of premade coleslaw mix
