  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 TBS INSTANT yeast
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup WARM water
  • 1 large ROOM TEMPERATURE egg
  • 3 TBS oil
  • 3 TBS honey

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Cut foil into eight 6×6 squares. Mold the squares around the bottom of a bowl or large measuring cup. This will form a "holder" for the buns

  • Lightly spray each foil holder. Scoop dough out 1/4c at a time into each foil holder. Spray hands and roll each portion into a ball
  • Cover baking sheets with sprayed plastic wrap. Place covered baking sheets in a warm draft free area. Let rise for 20 minutes
  • Uncover and bake for 10 minutes. Let buns cool in pan for 3 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Use immediately or place in an airtight container and freeze until ready to use.
