Ingredients

Vanilla/Maple Glaze

  • 65 grams (1/2 cup) powdered sugar substitute I use powdered monk fruit/allulose blend
  • 30 grams (2 TBS) room temperature keto milk I use coconut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla/maple extract or extract flavor of choice

Chocolate Glaze

  • 65 grams (1/2 cup) powdered sugar substitute I use powdered monk fruit/allulose blend
  • 25 grams (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
  • 37 grams (2 1/2 TBS) keto milk of choice I use coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberry/Fruit Glaze

  • 65 grams (1/2 cup) powdered sugar substitute I use powdered monk fruit/allulose blend
  • 30 grams (2 TBS) strawberry/fruit puree
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon "Sugar" Topping

  • 25 grams (2 TBS) granulated sugar substitute I use granulated monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 TBS ground cinnamon
  • 2 TBS butter, melted

Powdered "Sugar" Toppings

  • 90 grams (2/3 cup) powdered sugar substitute I use powdered monk fruit/allulose blend

Instructions

  • Place a piece of parchment paper under a wire rack. Set aside

Glaze

  • Choose the glaze flavor of choice. Whisk the glaze ingredients until completely smooth. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts one at a time into the glaze. Place the donuts on the prepared wire rack. If desired top the wet glaze with sprinkles, chopped nuts or toppings of choice. Let sit at least 5 minutes until the glaze is firm

Cinnamon "Sugar" Topping

  • Whisk the dry ingredients together until there are no lumps. Place the dry ingredients into a wide bowl. Place the melted butter into another wide bowl. Place the donuts one at a time into the melted butter. Then into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Turn to fully coat the donut with the topping. Place the coated donut onto the prepared wire rack. Let sit at least 5 minutes until dry.
  • If you want any of the glaze thicker add more powdered sugar substitute until desired consistency. For thinner glaze add more keto milk until desired consistency.

Powdered "Sugar" Topping

  • Sift the powdered sugar substitute into a large Ziploc bag until there are no lumps. Place the donuts one at a time into the bag. Turn the bag to fully coat the donuts with the powdered sugar substitute. Place the coated donuts onto the prepared wire rack. Let sit at least 5 minutes until dry.
