Ingredients

  • 15 oz can black soy beans, drained and rinsed can also use zuchinni or any soft cooked vegetable of choice instead of beans
  • 1 TBS oil of choice I used olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 TBS dry taco seasoning, adjust to taste
  • 1-2 TBS sour cream adjust to desired consistency

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large blender. Blend to desired consistency.
  • Spoon into medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through
