Ingredients
- 15 oz can black soy beans, drained and rinsed can also use zuchinni or any soft cooked vegetable of choice instead of beans
- 1 TBS oil of choice I used olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TBS dry taco seasoning, adjust to taste
- 1-2 TBS sour cream adjust to desired consistency
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large blender. Blend to desired consistency.
- Spoon into medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through
