Ingredients
- 118 ml water (1/2 cup)
- 2 TBS butter
- 52 grams dry keto bread cubes (1 1/2 cups)
- 3/4 tsp chicken boullion granules
- 3/4 tsp dry oregano
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry sage
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Combine water and butter in a medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium heat
- Turn off heat. Add bread cubes and stir to fully coat the bread cubes
- Add the remaining dry seasonings. Stir to fully distribute the seasonings
- Cover the pan and remove it from the heat. Allow it to sit covered for 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the bread cubes are soft
- Stir with a fork to fluff up the stuffing and serve hot.

This recipe yields about 3 servings, The carb count will vary depending on the bread you use

Ingredients
- 14.5 oz cooked or canned green beans
- 1 TBS butter
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- desired amount of cooked or canned mushrooms, optional
- desired amount of finely chopped cooked ham or bacon
- desired amount of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup dry keto bread crumbs or finely crushed pork rinds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place green beans in a medium saucepan over medium heat. If using canned green beans make sure they are fully drained and rinsed. Heat for about 3-5 minutes or until heated through
- Add butter and cream cheese. Cooke stirring frequently over medium heat until the butter and cream cheese are fully melted
- Turn off the heat and add the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and mushrooms, if using. Stir to fully combine.
- Transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spread casserole evenly throughout the bottom of the dish
- Sprinkle the desired amount of ham or bacon over the top. Sprinkle the desired amount of shredded cheese over the top of the ham or bacon.
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted
- Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top of the casserole. Bake another 5 minutes or until heated through and the bread crumbs are lightly toasted. Serve hot
