Ingredients
- 3-14.5 oz. cans broth of choice
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken or turkey
- 2 cups cooked mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 batch keto dumplings
Instructions
- In a 5 quart stockpot over medium heat stir together broth, chicken or turkey, vegetables, and seasonings until fully combined
- Bring to a low boil over medium heat. While waiting for it to boil mix together the dumplings
- Check the soup. Once the soup is at a low boil add the dumplings and bring up to a low boil once a gain.
- Reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer around 20-30 minutes or until the dumplings are no longer doughy. Serve hot
