2 Minute DIY Keto Colored “Sugar” Substitute

Servings: 0.5 cup colored sweetener
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sweetener I use granulated monkfruit sweetener
- desired amount gel food coloring
Instructions
- Line 2 to 3 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. Divide the sweetener between 2 or more small bowls. Add 2 to 3 drops of the gel food coloring into each bowl. Use a fork and stir until all the sweetener is fully coated with the food coloring.
- Spread the colored sweetener over the prepared baking sheets. Keep the sweetener in a flat single layer. Allow to sit 20nto 30 minutes or until the sweetener is fully dry. Once dry use immediately or store in an airtight container up to 1 month
