  • 1 TBS dry onion flakes
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry parsley or dry oregano


  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until fully combined. For best flavor cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.

  • Good day Janet. How big is the tablespoon that you are using? I see that it sometimes differs from country to country. Here in South Africa a tablespoon is 15ml. I have seen recipes online where the tablespoon is 25ml.
