Ingredients
- 1/2 lb tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 of a medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 medium jalapeño, chopped
- desired amount of finely chopped cilantro
- 1 TBS lemon or lime juice
Instructions
- Place everything in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined. Pour into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
