Ingredients
- 115 grams mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- 62 grams plain yogurt or buttermilk (1/4 cup)
- 15 grams apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice (1 TBS)
- 1/4 tsp dry tarragon
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dry dill weed
- 1 tsp dry parsley or dry chives
- 3 grams liquid aminos or Worcestershire sauce (1/2 tsp)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 7 grams lemon juice (1/2 TBS)
- 12 grams granulated sweetener of choice (1 TBS) adjust to taste
Instructions
- Stir everything together in a medium bowl until everything is fully combined and smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings and sweetener to taste. Pour into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator up to 1 week. This recipe yields 1 cup. One serving is equal to 2 TBS
