Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 40 grams keto maple syrup (2 TBS), adjust to taste I use Choczero maple syrup
- 80 grams chopped canned baby corn, drained and rinsed or substitute for small vegetable of choice
- 41 grams chopped yellow squash or substitute for small vegetable of choice
- 8 grams corn flavoring/extract (1 1/2 tsp)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and syrup and stir until the butter is fully melted
- Stir in the corn and squash until fully coated. Stir in the extract and salt and pepper until fully combined
- Stir frequently for 5 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve warm as a side or in recipe of choice
