Ingredients
- 1 TBS oil of choice
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced cooked steak of choice
- 60 grams liquid aminos or light soy sauce (1/2 cup)
- shredded cheese of choice
- 4 my keto flatbread or keto bread of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetables and meat and stir to combine
- Add the liquid aminos. Stir to fully coat the meat and vegetables. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through
- Place desired amount of meat mixture on the keto bread of choice. Top with desired amount of cheese. Let sit 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted
