Servings: 12 taco cups
Ingredients
- 4 large keto tortillas (12 inches each)
- desired amount of cooked meat of choice
- desired amount of shredded cheese of choice
- sour cream, salsa or desired taco toppings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. U se a sharp knife and cut each tortilla into circles about 4 1/2 inches wide or desired size. Press each tortilla circle into 12 muffin cups. Fil each cup with desired amount of the meat and top with desired amount of the shredded cheese.
- Place in preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan at least 3 to 5 minutes or until cool enough to touch. Serve these warm with desired taco toppings of choice
