Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or ground meat of choice
- dry seasonings of choice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 23 grams keto ketchup (4 tsp) adjust to taste
- 10 grams keto mustard (2 tsp) adjust to taste
- 83 grams shredded cheddar cheese or shredded cheese of choice (1 cup) (more or less according to taste)
- keto buns of choice
Instructions
- Preheat a grill to medium high heat. Place all ingredients except buns and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined. Gradually fold in cheese until evenly distributed throughout the meat
- Divide into 4 equal patties. Grill 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired level of pink. Serve warm on the keto buns of choice. If desired top with favorite burger toppings
