  • Preheat a grill to medium high heat. Place all ingredients except buns and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir until fully combined. Gradually fold in cheese until evenly distributed throughout the meat
  • Divide into 4 equal patties. Grill 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired level of pink. Serve warm on the keto buns of choice. If desired top with favorite burger toppings
