  • Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to medium heat. Place the ground beef in a large mixing bowl. Add the dry seasonings, salt and pepper then stir to fully combine. Line a clean worksurface with parchment paper and divide the beef into 12 equal portions.
  • Press each beef portion into a patty of equal size and thickness. Set aside. In a medium bowl stir together the pepperoni, pizza sauce, mustard and parmesan cheese until fully combined. Divide the filling mixture evenly on top of 6 of the beef patties.
  • Spread the filling over the top of the patties leaving a half inch of empty border around the edges of the patties. Place a plain patty over the filling and pinch the edges of the two patties together to completely seal the patties together.
  • Make sure all the filling is completely sealed in the burger. Place the burgers on the preheated grill. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until the burger is beginning to brown. Turn the burger and cook another 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature is at least 160 degrees.
  • Remove cooked patties from the grill and place onto a serving plate. Immediately top each burger with a slice of mozzarella cheese. Allow the cheese to set 1 to 2 minutes until it begins to melt. Place the 1 stuffed burger patty onto the bottom portion of a keto burger bun.
  • Top the patty with 1 TBS of keto pizza sauce. Place the top portion of the bun over the patty. Serve warm.
