This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick keto croutons

  • 3 slices keto bread of choice
  • 3 TBS olive oil (45 ml)
  • 1/2 TBS dry Italian seasonings
  • 1 TBS freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the bread into 3/4-inch cubes. Spread the cubes evenly in a single layer in the prepared baking sheet
  • Place in preheated oven. Bake at 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan about 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before using or serving
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 5 days on in the refrigerator up to 1 week


This recipe makes 95 grams (2 cups) of croutons. A serving size is about 5 croutons (7 grams) Nutritional value varies depending on the bread that is used
