Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk of choice, divided more or less depending on desired consistency
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 4 cups cooked keto pasta
Instructions
- Heat butter over medium heat until fully melted. Add the cream cheese and allow to melt. Whisk until combined
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Whisk until fully combined and seasonings are evenly distributed. If sauce seems too thick add milk 1/3 cup at a time up to 1 more cup until sauce reaches desired consistency
- Add chicken and broccoli. Stir until chicken and broccoli are fully coated with the sauce. Bring to a low boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 5 minutes or until heated and seasonings are set in.
- Gently stir in desired amount of pasta until pasta is fully coated or place desired amount of warm pasta on a plate. then ladle the desired amount of sauce over the pasta
Notes
This recipe yields about 4 servings. 1 serving equals 1/4 of the sauce plus 1 serving of my pasta pasta recipe
1 serving contains about 10.75 grams of net carbs
The carb count is based on using coconut milk and 1 serving of my quick keto pasta

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cheese of choice I use 2 cups colby and 2 cups mozzarella
Chicken Filling
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup salsa
Quick Dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cheese in 1/2 cup piles onto prepared baking sheet. Spread cheese piles out to 8 inch circles. Make sure there are no gapes in the cheese circles. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on edges. Remove from the oven
Chicken Filling
- While the "tortillas" are baking place chicken and salsa in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir and bring to a low boil over medium heat. Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoon of chicken filling in center of each cheese "tortilla". Quickly roll "tortilla" over the filling. Serve immediately
Quick Dip
- In a medium bowl stir together all the dip ingredients until fully combined
