6 Minute Keto Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 2 6 to 8- inch keto tortilla of choice
- oil for cooking
- salt and seasonings of choice, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray the paper with cooking spray
- Cut the tortillas into your desired size triangles or strips. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Brish both sides of the cut tortillas with the oil of choice. Sprinkle both sides with the seasonings of choice, if using
- Bake at 400 degrees for 4 minutes. Turn the chips over and bake another 2 to 3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Time may vary depending on the type and thickness if your tortillas
- Remove from the oven. Allow to cool on pan 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week

Nutrional values will vary depending on what tortillas you use. I used Mission Carb Control Sundried Tomato 8-inch tortillas
