HOW TO MAKE QUICK LOW CARB STUFFING

Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1/4 of an onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TBS butter
- 1 1/2 cup dry low carb bread cubes
- 3/4 tsp dry cilantro
- 3/4 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1/8 tsp dry sage
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan combine onion, celery, water and butter. Bring to a full boil
- While waiting for water mixture to boil, in a medium bowl combine bread cubes cilantro, bouillon, onion powder, thyme, seasoned pepper, sage and seasoned salt. Stir to fully combine
- Add bread cube mixture to boiling water. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed
