Quick Gluten Free Keto Pizza Crust

Servings: 1 12 inch pizza
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour, or gluten free flour of choice
- 2 TBS butter, softened
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry oregano, optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 inch pizza pan with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined and smooth
- Scoop dough into the center of the prepared pizza pan. Use greased fingers or back of a greased measuring cup and press the dough until it evenly covers the pizza pan
- Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let sit 15 minutes before putting on toppings. After you put on toppings place pizza back in the oven at 350 degrees and bake 8 minutes or until toppings are heated through
Ingredients
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- seasoned salt, to taste
- seasoned pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth. Spread on top of pizza crust
