Simple 2 Ingredient Crispy Keto Chips

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make simple 2 ingredient keto crispy keto chips

  • 180 gram finely ground flaxseed meal (1 1/2 cups)
  • 8 oz water (1cup)
  • salt and spices of choice, optional


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside
  • Place water in a large saucepan over medium heat and bring to a low boil. Remove from heat
  • Sift flaxseed meal and spices (if using) into a large mixing bowl. Pour flaxseed mixture into hot water. Stir 1-2 minutes or until a soft dough forms
  • Dampen hands and form dough into a smooth ball. Massage dough for 1 minute to absorb extra moisture
  • Divide dough into 4 portions and roll each portion into a smooth ball.
  • Line a clean worksurface with parchment paper. Place 1 portion of the dough into the center of the worksurface. Press or roll the dough very thin or desired thickness for chips
  • Use pizza cutter or sharp knife and cut dough into triangles or strips. Place onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Repeat the process with remaining dough portions. If dough feels dry or has cracks lightly dampen hands with water and massage the dough until it is soft and smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crispy
  • Remove from the oven. The chips will crisp up more as they cool. Cool on pan 15-20 minutes or until completely cooled
  • Serve immediately. Store leftovers in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week
