10 Minute Keto Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 lb large precooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
- 12 oz frozen or fresh vegetables of choice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, adjust according to taste
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos or light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup keto maple syrup
- 1 tsp gelatin powder or keto thickener of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot. Add the shrimp, vegetables and dry seasonings. Stir to fully combine. Allow to cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally or until heated through and vegetables are tender. In a small bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients until fully combined and the gelatin powder is fully dissolved.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked shrimp and vegetables. Stir to coat the shrimp and vegetables with the sauce. Continue to cook and stir constantly for 1 minute until the sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon desired amount of shrimp mixture over the cooked keto rice or pasta substitute of choice.
