Servings: 12 brownies
Ingredients
- 8 oz keto chocolate chips
- 4 large room temperature eggs
- 1/4 cup peanut or seed butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 x 8 inch cake pan with parchment paper. Allow the paper to hang over the sides a little fro easily removal. Set aside. Microwave the chips for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave in 20 seconds intervals until the chips are completely melted. Make sure to stir after every 20 second interval. Set aside to cool a little.
- Place the eggs in a large blender and pulse a couple of time to fully combine the eggs. Pour the cooled chocolate into the blender. Pulse a couple of times to begin combining the ingredients. Blend on medium for 20 to 30 seconds until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Tilt the pan from side to side to spread the chocolate evenly throughout the pan. Lightly melt the peanut butter until it's thick but will drip off a spoon. Drizzle the peanut butter in horizontal lines over the top of the chocolate. Place the batter in the preheated oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm and a tester comes out clean.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan at least 30 minutes to firm up. After 30 minutes grasp the overhanging parchment paper and gently lift the brownies out of the pan. Transfer the slab to a wire rack and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
