Basic 5 Minute Keto Crepes
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make basic 5 minute keto crepes

Servings: 12 Eight inch crepes
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk of choice room temperature
- 4 large eggs room temperature
- 64 grams coconut flour (1/2cup)
- 1 gram xanthan gum (1/2tsp)
- 2 TBS sweetener of choice optional
- 2 TBS butter, melted and cool
- 1/2 tsp extract of choice, optional
- 1/4 tsp salt or dry seasoning of choice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large blender and blend until smooth
- Preheat 8 to 10 inch skillet over medium low heat. How big the skillet determines how big the crepe will be
- Pour batter 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup at a time depending on how thick you want your crepe into prepared skillet. While pouring tilt pan back and forth until covers bottom of skillet
- Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes over medium low or until the crepe lifts easily from skillet
- Turn the crepe over, cover and cook another minute or until the crepe lifts easily from the skillet
- Repeat cooking process until all batter is used. Serve warm with desired filling or as a side dish
