Easy Keto Cottage/Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients
- 10 oz cooked mixed vegetables
- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or cooked meat of choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp dry spices of choice I use onion powder, garlic powder, dry oregano, dry parsley
- 8 oz keto gray
- 1 TBS freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups keto mashed potato substitute or mashed sweet potato substitute
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 inch round pie pan with cooking oil. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the mashed potato substitute. Stir to fully combine. Make sure all the meat and vegetables are completely coated with the gravy.
- Scoop the filling into the prepared pie pan. Spread the filling evenly throughout the pan. Spread the potato substitute evenly over the top of the filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
