Small Batch Keto Buttercream Frosting
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make small batch keto buttercream frosting

Servings: 1.5 cups
Ingredients
- 6 TBS very soft butter
- 1 TBS vanilla extract, adjust to taste
- 228 grams powdered sweetener of choice (1 3/4 cups)
Instructions
- Place butter in a large mixer bowl and beat on high 45 seconds or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and push the butter to the center of the bowl
- Add the vanilla and beat on medium low about 30 seconds or unti lfully combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and push everything to the center of the bowl
- Turn mixer on low. Gradually add the powdered sweetener in small amounts and allow to blend in after each addition. Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed
- Once commpletely added increse speed to medium. Beat on medium for about 30 seconds or until creamy. If frosting is to thick and a teaspoon or so of the room temperature milk of choice. Use immediately
