Ingredients
- 4 oz very soft cream cheese
- 2 TBS very soft butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 33 grams powdered sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and butter in a large mixer bowl on medium speed for 1 minute or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and push everything to the center of the bowl
- Add the vanilla and beat on low about 30 seconds or until fully combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and push everything to the center of the bowl
- Turn mixer on low and gradually add in the powdered sweetener until fully combined. Once combined increase speed to medium and beat 1 minute until creamy. Use immediately
