Ingredients
- 1 large very ripe avocado
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (67 grams)
- 2 tsp dry taco seasonings or dry seasonings of choice, adjust to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In medium bowl mash the avocado until smooth. Stir in the cheese and dry seasonings until fully combined. Scoop the mixture out 1 tsp at a time onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread each scoop out into a VERY thin oval or circle that is about 2 to 2 1/2 inches wide. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown. Remove from the oven. Allow to cool on the baking sheet at least 10 minutes or until crisp. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely before serving.
