30 Minute Keto Mealloaf
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick and easy keto meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 TBS low carb dry bread crumbs or almond meal
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 large egg
- 4 TBS keto ketchup (see my recipe) https://janetsdeliciouslowcarbkitchen.com/how-to-make-2-minute-keto-ketchup/
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
- In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, onion powder, low carb bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and paprika. Stir to fully combine all ingredients
- Add egg. Stir again to fully combine and distribute egg throughout meat
- Add the keto ketchup and stir to distribute the ketchup throughout the meat.
- Press meat evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is about 160 degrees
- If desired brush the top of the meatloaf with 2 more tablespoons of the keto ketchup
- Bake for about 5 minutes more or until heated. Let sit in pan for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Slice into desired pieces.
Notes
This recipe serves about 4 people 1 serving equals 1/4 of the loaf
