5 Minute Keto Roasted Parmesan Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs shrimp, precooked and tails removed
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- optional dry parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place all ingredients except the cheese and the shrimp in a large bowl. Stir together until everything is fully combined. Add the shrimp and toss to fully coat all of the shrimp.
- Place the shrimp mixture in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the cheese and dry parsley over the top of the shrimp. Place in preheated oven. Bake at 225 degrees 5 minutes or until heated through. Remove from the oven and allow to sit 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with side dishes of choice.
- *If desired you can use raw shrimp that is peeled and deveined. If using raw shrimp bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes until pink, firm and cooked all the way through.
